Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize order fulfillment workflows to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments and meet physical demands
- Strong teamwork ethic and commitment to safety standards
