Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability including occasional weekends/holidays
