Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates through coaching and performance management
- Implement and optimize safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing departments
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy targets
- Resolve operational challenges with data-driven solutions and proactive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to manage teams of 10+ employees in union/non-union settings
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
