Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, stack, and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect and pack materials to maintain quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain accurate logs
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in cold environments (15-45°F)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage facility
