Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in climate-controlled zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) to move palletized goods
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and OSHA safety standards
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse workflow and efficiency
- Document handling procedures and temperature logs
Qualifications
- No prior cold storage experience required – paid training provided!
- Ability to work in cold environments (thermal gear provided)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Reliable transportation to 7850 Gateway Blvd, Nashville, TN
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
