- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy in real-time
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate warehouse equipment
- Reliable transportation to facility for in-person coordination days
