- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize picking routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily targets
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Collaborate remotely with supervisors via digital platforms for task assignments
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Communicate inventory discrepancies through digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with remote communication tools (Slack, Zoom)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
