Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and prepare customer orders according to picking tickets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and update stock information in the WMS.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper organization.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Driver's License: Valid state ID or Driver's License required.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset.
