Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to team leads
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for order processing
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for order verification
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for early morning shifts
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification training
