Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly (e.g., pallet jacks, forklift if certified)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly targets
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen
- Team player with good communication skills
