As a Warehouse Picker, you play a crucial role in our supply chain. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Select and gather merchandise from the warehouse floor according to picking tickets and customer orders.
- Operate handheld scanners and barcode readers to ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality and damage, reporting any issues immediately.
- Package, label, and seal items securely for safe shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload pallets and containers using hand trucks or forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read order forms and labels accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work scheduled shifts.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (dock doors, outdoors).
