Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring optimal performance
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to achieve zero-incident standards
- Optimize inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize waste
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied temperature conditions
- Forklift certification required
