Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee receiving, inventory control, and shipping operationsEnsure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with logistics teams
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for leadership
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle experience a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Ohio driver's license
