Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient inbound/outbound shipments
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage equipment maintenance and facility upkeep
- Lead annual physical inventory counts and cycle count programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
