Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff performance
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of inventory management best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
