Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload freight onto and from trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Utilize handheld scanners to accurately track inventory movements and ensure accuracy.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise to ensure efficient distribution.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
