Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping logistics
- Lead and mentor 10+ team members, ensuring safety compliance and productivity standards
- Implement process improvements using WMS systems and lean methodologies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines and quality metrics
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate documentation per ISO standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- OSHA certification and Forklift Operator License required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
