Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train, motivate, and supervise 15+ team members to ensure peak performance
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless workflow integration
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues appropriately
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and experience with WMS systems
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development success
- Expert knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proficient in inventory control and process optimization
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics preferred
