Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse staff through scheduling, training, and performance coaching
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems with 99.5% accuracy standards
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency using provided WMS technology and equipment
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with automated conveyor systems a plus
