Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory management
- Lead, train, and motivate 15+ warehouse staff while enforcing safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency through process improvements and lean methodologies
- Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and reconciliation using WMS systems
- Coordinate with transportation teams for on-time deliveries and dock scheduling
- Implement OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Analyze KPIs and generate performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse experience with 1+ years in supervisory/lead role
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse equipment
- Advanced knowledge of WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory control systems
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
