Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions to ensure 100% accuracy and minimize shipping errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as required.
- Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Assist in inventory organization and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
