Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies to minimize accidents.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
- Forklift certification and familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
