Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and dock scheduling
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain zero-accident standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely transportation of goods
- Utilize WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Forklift certification and knowledge of material handling equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with inventory optimization and lean methodologies
