Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ warehouse staff through daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy and minimize waste
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Implement lean methodologies to increase productivity by 15%+ annually
- Manage cross-functional relationships with transportation, procurement, and quality teams
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisor role
- OSHA 30-Hour and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory reconciliation
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
