Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (after training)

- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient workflow
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stamina for 8-hour overnight shifts
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment after training
