Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize losses
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including receiving, stocking, and shipping
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and generate operational reports
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory forecasting and space planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven expertise in inventory control and WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety leadership background
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) with proper certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills for team leadership and stakeholder coordination
