Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, scheduling assignments and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain accident-free operations
- Optimize inventory management systems including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless inbound/outbound shipment processing
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and best practices
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement process improvements
- Conduct daily inspections of facility and equipment for compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in distribution or logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
