Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize storage layouts and material handling processes for maximum efficiency
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with logistics and transportation teams
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
