Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using scanning technology
- Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and stock rotation
- Optimize warehouse workflows to meet daily productivity targets
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated areas possible)
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
