Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols and safety standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and generate operational reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30 certification and strong safety management background
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied warehouse conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
