Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members in receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control using provided WMS technology
- Train staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Conduct performance reviews and foster team development
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries
- Resolve operational issues and process inefficiencies
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA/Forklift certification required
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to operate provided equipment (RF scanners, forklifts)
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Knowledge of lean methodologies preferred
