Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 15-20 warehouse associates
- Implement lean principles to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety protocols
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system oversight
- Coordinate cross-functional departments for seamless logistics execution
- Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective action plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
