Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, scheduling shifts and delegating tasks
- Implement safety protocols and conduct OSHA-mandated training
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient workflow
- Coordinate with logistics team on inbound/outbound shipments
- Train new hires on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
