Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory control systems
- Optimize workflow efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization
- Coordinate cross-functional departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years warehouse management experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
- Associates degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
