Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Manage team performance through scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Prepare reports on productivity, inventory levels, and operational metrics
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing departments for seamless logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in a logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
