Responsibilities
- Oversee daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines, to maintain a secure workplace.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of warehouse associates to meet daily productivity goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management (2+ years).
- Current Forklift Operator certification and forklift driving experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
