Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce shrinkage and improve accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and dock operations
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with procurement and distribution teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution capabilities
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counting
