Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 10+ warehouse associates through scheduling and performance coaching
- Implement OSHA safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS oversight
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation and purchasing teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and KPI analysis for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution or logistics
- Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop teams
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills for inventory control and process optimization
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
