Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping operations with provided equipment
- Implement OSHA safety protocols using company-provided PPE and machinery
- Optimize inventory control using provided warehouse management systems
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient material flow
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks
- Generate performance reports using provided digital tools
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Experience with inventory optimization techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
