Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize losses
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Implement efficient workflow systems for receiving, storing, and shipping operations
- Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams for seamless coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience a plus)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic warehouse technology
- Forklift certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
