Responsibilities
- Supervise 10+ warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce costs and improve accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Implement OSHA standards and maintain accident-free workplace records
- Conduct performance reviews and develop staff training programs
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS and automated systems
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Flexibility for hybrid/remote work for administrative tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)
