Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control and warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance and safety protocol implementation
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Implement process improvements using WMS systems and lean methodologies
- Manage inventory audits and reconciliation processes
- Resolve operational issues and maintain quality control standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
