Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse associates through scheduling, training, and performance coaching
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodologies
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Conduct regular process audits and implement continuous improvements
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/fulfillment
- OSHA 30-hour certification and Forklift Operator credentials
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
