Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Train and supervise 15+ team members on safety protocols and equipment
- Implement lean practices to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics flow
- Conduct regular safety audits and OSHA compliance checks
- Generate performance reports and operational KPIs
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with high-volume environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Data analysis experience for operational improvements
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
