- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems (WMS experience required)
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and shipping operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied climate conditions
