Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop a team of 15-20 warehouse associates through coaching and performance management
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely shipments
- Process and analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and forklift operator training
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
