Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance
- Optimize inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular inspections
- Coordinate shipping/receiving operations and resolve logistics issues
- Train new hires on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Generate daily/weekly reports on productivity and inventory metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
- Valid driver's license with clean record
