Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 15+ warehouse staff to ensure peak performance and safety compliance
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory management and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transportation partners
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA protocols
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in warehouse/supply chain management with 2+ years supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
