Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train, motivate, and supervise 10-15 warehouse staff for peak productivity
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles a plus
