Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, scheduling and delegating daily tasks
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance records
- Optimize inventory control using WMS systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with 3PL partners
- Conduct performance reviews and develop staff training programs
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies
- Generate KPI reports for management review
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30 training
- Proficiency with WMS and inventory management software
- Strong leadership with team-building capabilities
- Problem-solving skills for operational challenges
- Experience in union/non-union environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
